I am sure the management of POET is well aware about such takeover scenarios and took already the right measurements long time ago. It is not (only) the poisened pill!

We can be very sure that many or even most of the major players in this industry are aware about POET and its potential. Without but the more with a prototype on show. So if one of them would start bidding, it obviously would end in a bidding war which would finaly help none of them. One winner, all others looser?

And exactly this is why the SP is where it is. So all are on hold - waiting for the coming out party. Patience...
