All we can do now is speculate.

My speculation:

It's been told by PC that for us to get to NASDAQ we have to hava a strong hand (positions, news incl. contracts etc.) so what if all this has been in works for some time and we have been shown step by step. What if the II-VI Inc. is going in near future to merge with PTI (while II-VI Inc. has already presence on NASDAQ and if were to aquire ANAD and Epi)? I mean by this time II-VI Inc. would be worth more than few $ billions + PTI first product + valuation would put us even more than few $ billions market cap. This way we would have a very strong fundation plus all the works would be done in the house (PTI, ANAD, Epi and II-IV becoming as ONE).
