So does all this align with us, or are we competition?

IMO, POET was well aware of the EpiWorks merger that was in the works with II-VI before signing a multi year agreement. I am sure they were under NDA.

POET would have also known that Anadigics was up for sale before signing a contract to help build the VCSEL prototypes to scale on 6 " wafers.

Who knows POET might have helped II-VI in procuring ANAD.

I believe our collaboration with II-VI runs deep. I guess we will see how deep (to a certain extent) on Feb 16th.
