From the 2-6 press release, "For the ANADIGICS transaction, a tender offer for all outstanding common stock must begin within 10 business days and remain open for at least 20 business days. " 20 business days from now is Feb. 16. Same as the Poet CC. Not sure if this matters or a coincidence.
