I don't think so. My impression is that IR tries do to his job over the phone only and doesn't get around with it. Some people are getting callsback, most people don't. Virtually nobody gets a respone by e-mail, except for "please give me your phone number". To most of us this looks like hands are tied and mouths are taped shut.

Come on, Robert Ferri, this is the age of the Internet! If you can talk to people on the phone conveying non-classified information, why can't you post these information here? Or why can't you at least give your dialog partner permission to post what you said?
