Anadigics new offer review

Maybe given the law suits/ class action Anadigics has decided to extend the process and more seriously "ATTEMPT" to negotiate the conditions so that they can demonstrate due diligence but knowing/hoping that 2-6's offer or revised offer wins out. This could mean further delay before we hear anything substantial before Jan 29???
