The CC just ended.

Obviously, since the two acquisitions they announced are not completed, they did not elaborate a lot on these subjects.

  • They are very interested in the two companies for VCSEL capacity in the optical communication market and the consumer products. They see big growth in the next four years (2020)
  • They hinted they will do what's needed to close the Anadigics transaction
  • In the third quarter CC, they will give more info about the financial contributions of the two acquisitions

*II-VI has 9 000 employees.
