I do not think that it is "Apple junk spam" as you point out, it's been announced that Mr. Tony Blevins is part of our TRAB. The Company announces the formation of a "Technology Roadmap Advisory Board" comprising of Dr. Geoff Taylor, Ajit Manocha, and Tony Blevins.

Mr. Tony Blevins is VP of Apple Procurement, so any any Apple junk spam might have some truth to it. It has been known that any Apple deal is extremely quiet and sworn to secrecy with heavy penalties if there are any leaks about their plans. I am sure that Poet got their hands slapped because of the Blevins name release as there has been nothing said about since. I believe that there is an NDA between Apple and Poet, and further NDA's with Epi-Works, Anadigics and Wavetek that includes Apple penalties.

Why are we still under a buck?

IMO (and my conspiracy theory), part of these NDA's would include a provision to which none of the companies are allowed to buy Poet shares on the market to keep everything low key. Legal? These big companies can do anything they want.

Why would Poet sign such a deal?
