On the topic of the shareprice being held down there is no doubt it is being controlled so it doesn't go above 1.00. Anonymous has been dumping anywhere from 500 shares to 3000 shares into the bid almost every day over the last few weeks in the last 30 to 45 seconds of the day. This has been very blatant and contrary to market integrity (UMIR) rules. I will be contacting IIROC about it tomorrow.

The other blatant thing is Scotia washing trades back and forth for months controlling the liquidity tightly. Bottom line is it appears a group of shareholders do not want all the warrants exercised especially those from financially distressed entities. This makes sense if revenues are expected soon and avoiding the warrant dilution
