I can see the reasons why one could think that SP is held down. If this is true, the reasons may be gone after CC / warrants expiry. SP should rise after Feb.16, maybe a major step happens. But I don´t expect it to explode. Poet isn´t well known and has proved nothing in real life at real customers.

The interest will rise and SP will follow. But we will have to swallow some more of these patience pills.

2016 is the year, I´m certain of it.

February is not the month, I´m certain as well.
