the updated ITRS roadmap is slated to be published next month.

it seems SIA (dot: Ajit) -- which represents all the major US firms -- wants to splinter away from the ITRS industry roadmap "to pursue its own research and development agenda"

buried in this article from a few days ago, we find this gem "everyone is struggling with what the roadmap actually means"

looks like it's going to be a busy year.
