Am I way off?- warrant timing and CC date

There are 7 million warrants that just expired - the SP stayed suspiciously just below the value needed to trigger these warrants thanks to large bids that kept popping up at 1.05 despite large volume on the ask side. Plus the CC is announced for right after the expiration of these warrants - all of which seemed to be excecuted except for the 2.7 million from pinecrap who certainly set us back in the past with their financial issues.

To me this points towards the possibility of some huge news at this conference call.
