I can't beleive we're even talking about this - 20,000 shares is nothing - and he even announced he would have to do this 2 years ago - this is a small % of what he holds. Everyone needs money every now and then- dental work/trip to vegas etc..... - the possible tax issue may be part of the picture as well.
