I don't think this stock is highly manipulated, not that manipulation doesn't happen rampantly, especially in Venture stocks. It's rare indeed that you hear the word "manipulation" thrown about on a stock that is doing well (other than by shorts). But manipulation is the excuse in chief of a stock whose price is disappointing longs. I don't accept manipulation as an excuse for the share price.

Taylor's sale is no big deal, and may well have been a programmed sale, which could have been set quite a while back, and keyed to the CC, even before the exact date of the CC was decided.

After all his hard work, I'm sorry he needs to sell any stock at all, but that's neither here nor there.
