It is probable that the POET exec are as keen (if not more so) as we are to put critical news out as soon as practical without creating issues for themselves on confidentiality, NDAs or competitive pressures. These guys are super smart and wouldn't have said what they said during the CCs unless they intended to disclose as allowed and when the time is right (ripe).
