The price has definitely been controlled. From Anon down-ticking it in the last 30 seconds of every day on a board lot, 4 days out of 5 week after week, to Scotia washing trades back and forth every day, the goal apparently is to prevent the SP from crossing over the 200 day MA at 1.03/1.04.

Note that POETF in the US already crossed their 200 day MA today.

The folks doing the controlling know that a crossover of the 200 day MA will trigger a lot of technical buying, and they are trying to best to not let that happen so they can accumulate until news hits.
