Seems Early for Year End Report?

Does anyone think their might be a reason for releasing the year end report in Mid March, which is 3 weeks earlier than last year. And with the last nr coming in mid Febrary 2016, the updated info regarding "stock numbers" is to that time period as well (Feb 22, I believe it said).
