I understand your frustration but it does not state that things are delayed until 2017, so a law suit would be pointless. It should be obvious that it is a typo, and if someone did not realize that, then it should be interpreted as the Q1 2017 milestones might be delayed, not the Q1 2016 milestones might be delayed until Q1 2017 (can't imagine someone thinking that is the case and selling).
