I know this wasn't directed at me, but I think I have a clue why PC is still around. On the 20-F filing, they said they may have to tap the capital markets in the future. He was the one who helped us when we were on the brink of collapse. He will still serve a purpose until the company is cash flow positive or at least neutral.
