While I agree with those comments and the general statements made at the CC. The way I see it however is those three risks aren't necessarily evenly weighted. I would venture to say that the single biggest risk is the one that has not been entirely mitigated.

You might say that without adequately addressing or successfully dealing with the technology risk, the other two really don't matter.

So for arugment sake, let's say it's weighted 10-10-80 %, but let's suggest that some of the 80% technology risk has been proved at least in the lab and to an extent in the fab. What is troubling everyone is that we really truly don't know how much of the 80% has been 100% proven.

That to me is what is causing the concern. Some refer to it as impatience but let's call it what it is........uncertainty and that's what we need our management to communicate when and if they are able.
