Fan-Out vs Poet is like a featherweight vs a heavyweight.

Fan-Out is also expensive. Note no reference to cost above, just performance improvement.

Fan-Out cannot monolithically integrate all the goodies into one chip, which POET can.

Fan-Out is a good hybrid development, but POET is the real Game Changer, as stated by Ajit (Ex-CEO of Global Foundries).

Note also that through the recent POET announcements over the last few months, we have the complete world class, state-of-the-art supply chain in place.

Next will come NRE deals with undoubtedly massive companies.
