From my point of view, there are two key messages in the news release:

• The POET technology is clearly superior, not only by some five or ten percent, but by more than an order of magnitude. Keen to know whether this is representative for other benchmarks!
• I like the phrase "successfully validating POET’s process technology transfer to its high volume production foundry supplier", because this is what it says: "POET chips can be produced in high volumes, and we have confirmed it." This means we have taken the last technological hurdle.
