The people who understand the languge don't have the large sums of money. (so no sp movement)

The management don't really care about share price just yet.

The people who trust this great management team will be the big winners when management decides they want the share price to run big time..

Patience is ,in almost all cases, the best approach to anything. (as i'm pretty sure it is here)
