Yes, they had a manufactring contract which expired.

To me it seems - due to a lack of fab equipment - BAE could not help POET further with their lab-to-fab project. And their ability to produce and analyse VCELS seeed to be very limted. But I do not think they broke.

BAE is the companies having the longest relation to our technology, and I am sure they know very well that POET will be a game changer for their military as well as their civil IR applications, so they will need to use POET for many of their projects.
