There will be dozens of new companies spinning around the POET sun, many will become successful, some will be zeros. I certainly don't think I have the technical expertise to separate the wheat from the chaff on my own.

You just have to wonder if there are a few people who were committed to Fairchild Semi, and never followed the investment trail to Intel? Or, perhaps some Poet investors who got fed up and didn't make the critical jump to give the new management team any time/opportunity to prove themselves?
