POETF actually dropped 19.6x% roughly 15 minutes after the close on over 30,000 shs. It gradually came up to ~74 cents where it is at 7:27pm est. Current volume is 198,188 so around 160,000 of that was after hours. I presumed it was angst over the AGM cancellation. When I tried to buy some shares I was told by Etrade that they don't do pre or post hours trades for OTCBB stocks.
