My suggestion:

Epocha Optoelectronics

"Epoch" - we are creating a new one... sounds also a bit like "Epic". The extra syllable ("-a") is just because three is better than two in this case. I think we need to keep emphasizing the word "Optoelectronics" as well.

Graphically, the word can be rendered "EPOCHa" - always uppercase with a lowercase "a", and the "a" can be in a serif font while "EPOCH" can be kept sans serif. Visually more interesting.

Currently there are no public companies using "Epoch" in their names, just some funds.
