It is possible, as has been suggested here by some, we could be dealing with a *multiple party* consortium of sorts....which could inevitably be a proper timeburner....with everyone wanting the t's crossed and spelling is proper. :) Whatever it is we're waiting, watching, with baited breath for I believe will be a pleasant shock to us all. This must be something to do with that "high level negotiation with an institution"as wes mentioned in the last CC. Perhaps the trademarks were cancelled because they are no longer desirable/required? The potential offer may be as such that it's only about the final vote?
