If wind of a financing had leaked out, the stock price would have gone the other way, as in down.....we went up....I also think that they may have been caught a touch off guard in order to put the finishing touches on the deal as others here have articulated.....definitely heading in the right direction and many thanks to FJ , Rainer and others for keeping me invested and informed......just a great fun ride thus far
