would make sense - but I don't think it would have caused an abnormal rise in SP if that news leaked and the halt probably wouldn't have spanned over 3 days.

Seeing as how our NR couldn't even create a blip in the SP - whatever is coming must be something that the industry readily recgonizes, if in fact the SP rise was indeed from a leak - big name, buyout, revenue etc...
