I agree with you Goosed2.

I don't think you will see a value for buyout below PII. That report was based on royalty and license deals only. Now they have expanded that to manufacturing and selling.

So it would be nice if a large cap(Apple,Google,Facebook)or others would like to partner for a 10% stake costing them a billion to get in. The original PII had a value betweeb 2 and 4.5 billion. So doubling that for a valuation at this time would be in the ballpark.

Just my thoughts(dreams) on a realistic possibility.
