IMHO a buyout is very, very unlikely. If there was a buyout, it would eventually have to go to the shareholders, right. And even with a 100% premium, management would recommend non-acceptance. Everything stated since the regime change points to this. Does anyone here think that over 50% of investors would vote AGAINST our current management? A few day traders for sure, but INVESTORS. I don't think so.
In any case, I don't think I am alone in saying that this is EXCRUCIATING!!!

P.s. I'd also like to say welcome back to Scary. We once had a rocky relationship but last we talked it was kinda friendly like. (I've been reading "westerns" to get my mind off of all this. They talk like that in westerns.)
