IMO, the SP may settle down again as traders will view this as dilution even if it helps the end game a lot. Specially, when they said the acquisition will be positive net income in 2017. The acquisition SP was also set at C$1. I hope I'm wrong, but history dictates this might be the case. Premarket is starting to show this now. $1.65 >$1.50.
