This is an incredible value-added acquisition.

POET has just acquired significant manufacturing capabilities and commercial sales channels for a fraction of the tangible value.

$50 million recently invested the last few years in DenseLight and POET has it all.

This is tremendous.

Suresh and company are clearly building a stand alone Monster company.

Note also from the press release :-

While DenseLight is a strategic acquisition, the Company is also engaged in advanced stages of other avenues that it expects will accelerate the path to revenue over the next 12 months and further POET’s monetization strategy

The market may react negatively as a short-term knee-jerk reaction, but the monetization horizon to me, looks outstanding.

Now we wait for POET to announce the DEALS with NRE.
