Did POET buy a solution or more problems to deal with? Well, according to some (8 at least) employes and their reviews on glassdoor, DenseLight and their Management to me sound more like the latter and they are lacking manpower, organizational skills etc.: https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/DenseLight-Semiconductors-Reviews-E15064.htm
