Sulasailor: I wold like Rainer to clarify whether previous donator need to contribute and will get a report or are additional contributions required in view if the presumed additional costs.

The backers of my Kickstarter initiative have donated money and have not yet received the promised results. (That's something I highly regret, but please blame Suresh for dropping out from the conference, if you feel inclined to do so.)

The Kickstarter backers are of course fully entitled to get early access to my THM report, and without any additional action required.
