Hello Fello POET Longs

I would like to weigh in on this "Town Hall Meeting Report" business. I was one of the people that contributed to the Funding to send Rainer to the conference from which POET later had to pull out. I think it was something like $35.00 U.S. I DO NOT regret that contribution... not even one iota. Why? Because Ranier contributes so much DD and grounding commentary to this board that I owe him a debt of gratitude for keeping my anxiety at bay. If Rainer wants to use that money to come to Toronto, I say more power to him and by association, more power to us all. I will be VERY interested on Rainer's perspective on the Town Hall Meeting, AND I live close enough to Toronto to attend. Rainer has proven his integrity so many times that it would ne nearly impossible to quantify. (And that doesn't even mention his calming beard. (lol dcmd99 and Baba)

I'd also like to make an apology to the board. During the past week, I was on a significant emotional rollercoaster. When the news first came out, I wasn't sure it was "good" after such a long halt. I may have said some things that could have been interpreted as "sarcastic", which Baba knows is the crudest form of irony. If I offended anyone or if I appeared 'flipant', I am sorry. I am Long and Loyal POET, but I'm still reeling a bit from the past week. I think I got so caught up in the enthusiasm and dreams of a higher SP that I set myself up for dissapointment when, ironically speaking, the news was exceptionally GOOD.

Anyway, I just wanted to tack that last bit on to my unconditional endorsement of Rainer.
