Could somebody, or SEVERAL people...please bring up the issue of uplisting to a TSX listing, or at the very least maintaining the Venture listing in the event NASDAQ requirements are achieved?

I can't say enough how important this issue is for Canadian shareholders of the company. Even if you have a TFSA loaded up with POET stock, those holdings must remain in Canadian Currency for tax reasons.
