This was said in a post on FB POET group by Ian Taylor there was no authority quoted so best take it as unsubstantiated rumour.

It perhaps would have been better had I not mentioned it but it was said. Having broken the rules my post should be removed and sulasailor banned, but I feel that it's more honest to make other board members aware of a rumour that has circulated outside of Agoracom. Make your own judgement.
