After the market open it slipped right back to .957/.997 bid ask and no volume.

Could be someone is accumulating after market close.

It can't be insiders, that would have to be reported.

Still, very odd to be paying a 25% premium after hours and then have nothing happen while the market is open.

Very odd.

Speaking of which, just refreshed my TD account page and it showed 0/0 bid ask...thought it had been halted but refreshed again and the 1.26/1.27 bid/ask came back.

Never seen that before...
