Absolutely no chance of any disclosure of an offer without disclosure to ALL shareholders by way of NR and even then, they could very simply recommend to the shareholders that it be turned down and that also could be accomplished in a NR.

As for the THM in general, not even going to make any attempt on the content (we're very seldom even close to predicting anything correctly), not even sure why they choose to address CDN investors and other CDN stakeholders, that to me is interesting. I hope the THM proves to be informative to all attendees, I'm not sure there will be anything earthshattering but it will be nice for many to meet some of the new team.
