What would an uplisting to TSX or NAS mean for TFSA and RRSP accounts?

For those of us with a decent amount of our shares in TFSA or RRSP, what would it mean if POET moved to the TSX or the NAS?

I would like to avoid transfer fees to brokers as much as possible.
