My guess is that the exec had to be physically in Canada to sign certain documents possibly related to uplisting or acquisition, changes to BOD. Given that they might had to be physically present they may have decided to do a THM while here for that other business. It would be a big surprise if they have anything outside the scope described in today's press release given that the THM is on Tuesday unless of course the have another press release BEFORE THM.
