So much of this "robot" buying, "Anon" buying etc over the years has been TD - Anon, Anon - TD. Anon buying or selling IMO means very little. My firm belief is that Anon is usually TD, trading mostly to themself, and catching a few shares along the way from actual "Retail" traders. I see they're back it today. So yes - perhaps slow steady accumulation. But IMO, only to sell for a few pennies later. And yes - probably a little jealous as I don't fully understand the strategy and not making a boatload along with whomever it is.
