He continually emphasizes how the board is 100% behind the executive team. He has mentioned numerous times how supportive the board is, and more importantly, this board has been more involved in the company's progress than any board he has been on.

Look at the composition of the board.

Let them do their things. They are way more qualified than we are in the peanut gallery.
