Just looking at income statement and see expenses of around $7 million for the 6 month period. Not much really is "depreciation or amortization", and this total only covers a small partial period for the acquired companies.

Once the operations of both companies are reported on for complete fiscal years, I'm speculating, in my opinion and best guess, let's say $20 to $25 million per year of expenses for the business at its present scale. I probably am on the light side.

Positive EBITDA by mid to late 2018 as stated by our leaders. I speculate that they are being conservative.

Given our expenses as extrapolated above, probably fair to assume our revenues will be greater than $25 million in the next fiscal year plus a few months.
