Nice post, FJ, and beautifully written, as usual. And I agree 100% that management wanted to and did tell us everything they legally and contractually could (and then some, as a few feel) at the THM. It continues to amaze not only me, but a few others, how POET has avoided hostile or friendly takeover all this time for what must be, if even a portion of the potential is realized, a small fraction of its true value.

Only the most dire of circumstances will keep me from the Annual Meeting, of which I'm in full anticipation (trying to write like Sula!).
