Jazzpa: It plays perfect (and in sync) in the videoplayer I use, VLC.

Very helpful, Jazzpa, thanks a lot! I linked your video version with the improved sound in the transcript document.

Everyone, please help create that transcript! It would be a task too huge for a single person, but if everyone adds a mosaic piece or two (or three) the whole picture will be completed quickly. (As before, I'll care for consolidation.)
