Subject to the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange:
(a) the aggregate number of shares (“Optioned Shares”) that may be issuable pursuant to options granted under the Plan will not exceed 36,326,000 shares (being an increase of 4,401,000 since last shareholders’ approval) hereinafter referred to as the “Fixed Number”; ''
From Rainer Spreadsheets Outstanding Options (2016-03-31):
Date ---------- Quantity ----- Exercisable quantity
2016-03-31 ---- 26,325,500 ---- 15,403,500
So they can grant approximately 10M options, seems to be enough, but maybe with the two acquisitions they will need more room to offer options at the AGM, could it be the reason why we see those options being exercised?
