Hi Suckerfish. Nice post and I very much agree to the overall sentiment of it's content.

There's just one thing I like to weigh in on. Like you, other people questioned the need for the THM because they didn't announce anything spectacular. I think POET was quite clear on their intentions for the THM. From the DenseLight acquisition PR:

"Following Closing, we will hold a live Town Hall Meeting for our shareholders, stakeholders and Analysts in Toronto to explain the strategic vision behind the acquisition and provide details on the integration of this transaction into the POET roadmap."

I think those two points were adressed quite well? For me, the THM lived up to my expectations.
